The training covers the following key topics &nbsp;Principles of the <strong>EU Charter of Fundamental Rights<\/strong>, its legal foundations and application practices in Lithuania. It also discusses how the Charter can be used in strategic litigation, providing additional legal remedies at both national and European level. <\/p>\n<p>The training also presents the results of an analytical study on the application of the Charter in Lithuania, highlighting the main challenges and possible strategic directions. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of Lithuanian case law, assesses how often and in what situations the Charter is invoked, and makes recommendations on how to strengthen its application in legal proceedings. <\/p>\n<p>This training not only provides theoretical knowledge, but also a practical understanding of how the Charter can be used to protect human rights.
