Drafting complaints on application of detention;

Compensation for Unlawful State Actions

Advising on issues related to damages caused by unlawful actions of state (unlawful arrest, detention, discrimination, etc.);

Drafting complaints to the Ministry of Justice for damages related to unlawful conviction, arrest, pre-trial detention, application of other procedural measures, seizure;
